Travel Fees for Mobile Notary Appointments
When you schedule a mobile notary visit, a travel fee will be added to your service cost.
This fee is based on the full round-trip mileage and includes:
$5 flat travel fee (Maryland)
$0.70 per mile (round-trip) to your location, calculated using the 2025 IRS standard mileage rate.
Exact travel fees will be confirmed when booking. Contact us for a mileage-based estimate for your location.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To help us serve all clients efficiently, please follow these guidelines:
General Notary Services – Cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment to avoid a $25 cancellation fee.
Real Estate Document Services – Cancel at least 4 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
No-Show Appointments – If you miss your scheduled time without prior notice, a $25 fee will apply, and the appointment will be rebooked at a mutually agreed upon date/time.
